CHAPTER III: GENERAL LAW ARTICLES
These are the general laws of the Keer Nation. Please be aware that many of these may be echoed in Chapter IV of this law codex, Punitive articles, and if so, punishments apply as stated in Chapter II and Chapter V of this law codex.
Article I. About Keer.
1.1. All Keer are warriors first and foremost.
1.2. All Keer require at least basic training at Keer Academy.
1.3. All Keer are given the opportunity to join a clan at the end of the basic courses in Keer Academy.
1.4. Members that fail to be in a clan will not receive citizen's rights and privileges.

Article II. About Intentions.
2.1. Any malicious act of disrespect against another Keer is forbidden. Any member who continually or maliciously disrespects any other member of Keer Nation, either privately or in the presence of others shall be guilty.
2.2. Killing an innocent sentient being without a fair reason to do so is forbidden.
2.3. Insolence and insubordination towards a Commanding Officer is forbidden.
2.4. Any action that will jeopardize Keer Nation in any form is forbidden.

Article III. About Clans.
3.1. All Keer should belong to a clan that forms part of Keer Nation.
3.2. The leader of the clan should hold a Lord or Lady tittle.
3.3. Clans are independent. They are allowed to develop in the form they wish and create laws for themselves as long as it doesn't interfere with Keer Nation's law.

Article IV. About Factions.
4.1. Any faction group that gives any service to Keer Nation is considered no more than a company (With the exception of Keer Union).
4.2. Keer are allowed to work in a Keer company.
4.3. Companies exist to provide Keer Nation and respond to the Conclave.

Article V. About the Military.
6.1. It is absolutely obligatory to complete military training at Keer Academy for all Keer.
6.2. Warriors that are off military duty will hold the rank of Warrant Officer.
6.3. It is absolutely necessary to aid the military forces if so is required.
6.4. Ranks created for military use are not to be used outside the military.
6.5. Keer Union is the military body of Keer Nation.
6.6. Any security measure regarding Keer Nation should be immediately reported to a Commanding Officer of Keer Union, where the matter will be followed in a proper way.
6.7 Keer Union is under the orders of Lord Keer, exclusively. It follows his will and responds only to him.

Article VI. About Punishment.
7.1. If one of these rules are broken or bent, AND ARE NOT FOUND in Chapter IV of this law codex, the Conclave will judge and apply the required punishment. If the crime is found in the aforementioned chapter, standard court martial or punishment procedure shall take effect as prescribed in chapter II of this codex.

Article VIII. About the Conclave.
8.1. The sovereigns, the chief of the military and the leaders of Keer clans integrate the Conclave.
8.2. The Conclave's purpose is to serve as the government body of Keer Nation.
8.3. The jurisdiction of the Conclave only goes in matters that involve Keer Nation as a whole; making laws and taking decisions for the progress of the nation.
8.4. Lord Keer is the head or chairman of said council.
8.5. Only the Conclave is entitled to change or modify in any form of the law of Keer Nation.
8.6. Matters for the Conclave to decide on shall be presented to the Conclave through one of its members or any other Keer.
8.7. To take any action or decision, the Conclave will vote, and the decision with the majority of votes will be the one that will apply for Keer Nation.
8.8. As sovereigns, Lord and Lady Keer have the right of veto in the Conclave.

Article IX. About Alliances.
9.1. All alliances and deals made between Keer Nation and any other government or group should be respected truthfully by all members of Keer.
9.2. Failing to respect these diplomatic deals will result on a serious offense to Keer Nation.
